THE DETAILS THAT HELP

## Questions, answered.

## Getting started

### Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. We review what works and what feels limiting before discussing focused [optimization](/website-optimization) or a broader [redesign](/website-redesign).

### Do you work with businesses in our industry?

We begin with your audience, offer, and requirements. Our illustrative concepts explore home and lifestyle, wellness, and professional services, but project fit is discussed on its own terms.

### Will our website be easy to update?

We discuss your editing needs before choosing a setup. Content management, documentation, and training are included where they form part of the agreed scope.

### Can you help us get found on Google?

Yes. [SEO and search foundations](/seo) are part of our work. We consider useful content, clear page structure, and technical foundations without guaranteeing a particular ranking.

### What happens after the website launches?

We agree on access, handover, and maintenance responsibilities. Further content, search, marketing, or website work can be discussed as a separate scope. [See what happens after launch](/our-approach#after-launch).

### How do we get started?

Use the short [contact form](/contact) or email info@horizonzones.com. You do not need to know which service you need before starting the conversation.

## Working together

### What happens in the first conversation?

We discuss your business, your audience, what you want to improve, and your current starting point. You do not need a complete brief or a fixed service choice.

### How are timelines agreed?

The schedule reflects the scope, content, integrations, and review needs. We clarify dependencies and responsibilities before committing to the project plan.

### How do feedback and revisions work?

We agree on review stages and how feedback will be gathered. A clear decision-maker and consolidated feedback help the work move forward. Revision scope is defined in the project agreement.

### Who supplies the content?

Content responsibilities are agreed early. We clarify what you provide and what writing, editing, imagery, or migration work is included.

### Who owns the accounts and finished work?

Ownership, licenses, third-party services, and account access are defined in the agreement. We explain how the handover applies to your project.

### Do you offer an ongoing partnership?

We can discuss ongoing website, search, content, or marketing work. The priorities, support arrangements, and scope are agreed separately so responsibilities remain clear.

## The free website review

### Is this an instant website audit?

No. This is a request for a personal review. We review the public website and the context you share, then follow up by email. No automated score or instant diagnosis is generated.

### What will I receive?

A concise personal summary of observations and prioritized recommendations, based on your goals and the public pages reviewed. We distinguish design observations from any technical findings we can substantiate.

### Do I need to buy anything?

No. Requesting the free review does not commit you to a project. Any further work is discussed and agreed separately.

### How will you use my details?

We use the details you submit to respond to the review request, as described in our [privacy policy](/privacy). We do not need account passwords to begin with public pages.
