ILLUSTRATIVE DESIGN STUDY / HOME & LIFESTYLE

Forma Living.
A direction to explore.

Editorial design, product storytelling, and a warm visual identity. This is a self-initiated concept for a fictional business, not commissioned client work.

THE CONCEPT BRIEF

A question worth designing around.

How could a home and lifestyle brand make its collection feel considered rather than crowded?

This is an illustrative brief used to explore a design direction. It is not a statement about a real client's business or a delivered commercial project.

The concept uses warm architectural photography, an editorial opening, and a quieter content rhythm. Instead of asking the image to explain everything, the layout gives the collection and the brand story distinct roles.

OUR THINKING

A purpose behind the presentation.

  • A clear opening The “Live beautifully” direction establishes a mood, with nearby collection information giving the visitor a concrete next step.
  • Room for the product story Generous space and restrained typography let materials, forms, and photography carry the presentation.
  • A useful hierarchy Collection, story, and visit information represent different visitor intentions rather than a long undifferentiated menu.

WHERE IT COULD GO

From a concept to a working brief.

The direction could be extended into collection pages, product details, material notes, and a clear enquiry or purchase path. Those would be developed around a real catalogue and agreed functionality.

The example explores design, imagery, typography, and content hierarchy. Account integrations, business data, and additional functionality would require a real project scope.

WHAT THE CONCEPT DEMONSTRATES

A clearer view of the capabilities.

This study demonstrates an editorial visual system and a considered browsing hierarchy. It does not establish sales, conversion changes, or the performance of a live ecommerce business.

Concept status is kept visible so you can assess the design on its own terms. We publish client outcomes and testimonials only when there is actual project evidence and permission.
